Craigs Pies

Yesterday after church Craig came over and made these two fresh lemon pies for Carl to take to his home teaching families. Then he went home and made four more for his families. He called today and said, "Never again will I make pies from now on it will have to be tarts."

I didn't make 'em, we made 'em. We used Linda's recipe. Dad and I did the mixing etc; Mom supervised and consulted. It was a fun Sunday project. We would have made four but we didn't have enough eggs on hand. The crusts were the only thing not made from scratch.

Way to go, family! They look good enough to eat. Jan is making pies this week. I will eat them thinking of y'all.
